2) Sodium Bicarbonate- Quantity: 40,000 Syringes/ per year| 1 million vials/per year
3) Calcium Chloride- Quantity: 400,000 Syringes/per year
4) Bupivacaine, 2.5 mg/ml or 5 mg/ml, 30 ml vial- Quantity: 500,000 vials of each/per year
5) Diltiazem, 5 mg/ml, 5 or 25 ml vial- Quantity: 250,000 vials (5 ml)/per year| 125,000 vials (25ml)/per year
6) Epinephrine, 0.1 mg/ml, 10 ml PFS- Quantity: 500,000 Syringes/per year
7) Atropine Sulfate, 0.1 mg/ml, 10 ml PFS- Quantity: 250,000 syringes/ per year
