Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Group possesses of abundant actual strength in scientific research development in pharmaceuticals, which has set up a Pharmaceutical Technical Center ofJiangsu Province grade, a Post-doctor Scientific and Technical Innovation Center of Province-grade, two New Drug Development Institutes and a Pharmaceutical Technical Development company, furthermore, we also have a very good, long-term cooperation relationship with China Pharmaceutical University, Shengyang Pharmaceutical University, Shanghai Biological and Chemical Institute of China Academy of Science. Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Group has already launched more than twenty new drugs of state-grade on the market such as Epristeride, Terfenadine, Prasteronum Sulfas, Guaifenesin, Pesudoephedrine Hydrochloride and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Capsules, Felodipine, Fleroxacin Injections, Cetirizine Hydrochloride, Simvastatine etc.
Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Group can produce four catogories such as chemical synthetic drugs,antibiotica,various preparations and auxiliary raw materials for medical use, around one hundred kinds of products. We have self-operation right for import and export with total amount USD15 million of foreign gained per year. All the production lines for preparations have passed SAD-GMP inspection. Five APIs such as Hydrocortisone Base, Hydrocortisone Acetate, Doxycycline Hyclate etc. have passed US FDA inspection and have been sold both in U.S.A. and European markets. The output of female-use contraceptives – levonorgestrel and Norgestrel that we produce shares more than 50% of the total outputs of these two products in China. We accepted in the bids to manufacture Levonorgestrel and Norgestrel for UNPF who invite public bidings for seriate years and has become the production base appointed by State Family Planning Committee. We have well-maturity system for Drug research development, production and marketing and we have echelon formations for antihistamines such as Terfenadine, Terfenadine granule, Certirizine Hydrocloride and Ebastine ; Anticancer and anti-tumor drugs such as Aclarubicin , Topotecan have been launched on the market successively, which have made Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Group become a famous production base for steroid drugs, anti-cancer and anti-tumor drugs,angiocardiopathy and cerebrovascular drugs, and antihistamin drugs.
In order to deepen the reformations and to speed the steps of development, Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Group has signed a rearrange agreement of increasing of capital with Guangzhou Welman New Drug Development Central (Group) and Shanghai Alliance Investment Co. Ltd., through which we will obtain the funds of RMB104 million and a passel of new drugs of state-grade such as Phentolamine Mesylate to develop and strengthen our actual strength and we will try our best to realize RMB3 billion amount of sales within five years, profit and tax of which will be more than RMB350 million.
