In March 1998, Juhua was authorized as one of the first enterprises in Zhejiang Province to manage state-owned assets. In June 1998, solely launched by Juhua Group Corporation, Zhejiang Juhua Co. Ltd. (Stock Code 600160) was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange. After over 50 years development, it has built 12 business units and 6 centers with 15,000 staff members, covering an area of 7.3 square kilometers. The main industries of the company can be divided into two categories: one is the chemical sectors, including fluoro-chemicals, chloro-alkali chemicals, petrochemicals and fine chemicals etc, the other is the production services, including utilities, logistics, commercial trade, equipment manufacturing as well as financial investment.
