Zhejiang Charioteer Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (‘the Company’ for short, hereinafter) is located in Tongyuanxi, Dazhan, Xianju, Zhejiang Province. The Company was established in 1988 and has three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Taizhou Zhiqing Chemical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Baju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Charioteer International Trading Co., Ltd. The primary business of the company headquarters is manufacturing the nucleoside antivirus API (almost all series and the widest in china), Antipyretic analgesic anti-inflammatory APIs and intermediates. The company is the largest production scale, sales and the top technical level of naproxen, naproxen sodium and acyclovir API manufacturer in the world. There are about 580 employees in the company, the company floor space is 84,000m2, and total assets are about ￥335milion. Taizhou Zhiqing Chemical Co., Ltd. which located in Yantou Development Zone, Jiaojiang, Taizhou City was established in March 1996, and there are more than 300 employees in Zhiqing Chemical.
