    Nantong Huafeng Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1976; we became a stock enterprise in 1997 on the basis of Rugao No.3 Chemical Factory and Tongfu Chemical Factory.     Nantong Huafeng Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1976; we became a stock enterprise in 1997 on the basis of Rugao No.3 Chemical Factory and Tongfu Chemical Factory. At present, Huafeng is one of biggest manufacturers in China for tetrazole series and related derivatives, with a registered fund of USD 4.20 millions and CNY 120 million of assets. Covering an area of 108,000sqm (80,000sqm in Rugao harbor chemical park), Huafeng now has over 320 employees, 40% of them are technicians. We establish cooperative relationships with Nanjing University, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Technology, Nantong University, and so on, and make cooperation on the fields of "Production-University-research". There are a 3,000sqm of R&D center in our company, and this center is the Engineering Research Center for Heterocyclic Compound of Jiangsu province. Moreover, we establish R&D center in Nanjing University of Technology, thus we are able to obtain timely, accurate and leading information and technology. We now produce 4 series (drug, pharmaceutical intermediate, tetrazole and photosensitizer) of products, and 70% of them are exported to EU, USA, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. We have 6 patent certificates of China, 3 national key new products of China, 7 hi-tech products of Jiangsu province, 5 torch program projects of Jiangsu province and several technical advancement prizes from Nantong and Rugao governments. Huafeng also gets a lot of honors from governments: We are the "hi-tech enterprise" of Jiangsu province, "top-5 enterprise" in Rugao city for technical advancement, "red-flag enterprise for technical advancement", "good enterprise" of Nantong city, "Qualified enterprise for measurement" , "AAA-ranked enterprise for good credit", "AAA-ranked enterprise in China for good quality service". We were approved as "7-th batch trustable enterprise" of Jiangsu province, and "example enterprise" of Rugao city for intelligent property in 2008. In October, 2007, we cooperated with ASH-LONGCHEM CO.,LIMITED, and invested CNY 100 million in Rugao Harbor Fine Chemical Park and founded "Jiangsu Defeng Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd.". At present, Jiangsu Defeng Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd. is a researching, manufacturing and trading enterprise of pharmaceutical intermediates, with a registered fund of USD 3.85 millions, a land of 80,040sqm, and an annual output of 1,000 tons Sartan pharmaceutical intermediates. According to our estimation, Jiangsu Defeng Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd. (after full production) will be able to produce and sell over CNY one billion of products every year.
