Dreieich, 07 May 2024. At the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2024, the shareholders of Biotest AG resolved to distribute a dividend of € 0.04 per preference share for the years 2023 and 2022. A total of 76.19% of the share capital was represented. The resolution on the appropriation of net profit was passed with 99.93% approval.

Dreieich, 30 November 2021 Biotest AG today announces the marketing authorisation in France for the human intravenous immunoglobulin preparation Intratect(R),nwhich is manufactured and marketed by Biotest in two concentrations (50ng/l and 100 g/l). The regulatory process (Repeat Use Procedure) and thenapproval of Intratect(R) in France were completed in a very short time.
