A Colombia based manufacturing and commercializing company of specialized pharmaceutical forms, located in the city of Barranquilla is looking for manufacturers of High Density Polyethylene bottles having European approval. The specifications of the bottles are as follows:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: FORMER CODE: USPM012 | Version: 05 Effective date: 2017-10-05
DESCRIPTION: White, high density polyethylene bottle, with threaded mouth.
IDENTIFICATION (IR): The corrected spectrum of the specimen exhibits major absorption bands only at the same wavelengths as the spectrum of USP High-Density Polyethylene.
ABSORBANCE: The maximum absorbance obtained in the evaluated range is not more than 0.20.
APPEARANCE OF SOLUTION: Solution C1 is clear and colorless.
TOTAL ORGANIC CONTENT: The difference in the concentrations of Total Organic Content (TOC) between Solution C1 and a blank solution is not more than 8 mg/L.
BODY DIAMETER: 51.2 ± 1.5 mm.
TOTAL HEIGHT: 86.4 ± 1.3 mm.
EXTERNAL MOUTH DIAMETER WITHOUT THREAD: 34.8 ± 0.3 mm.
EXTERNAL MOUTH DIAMETER WITH THREAD: 37.2 ± 0.3 mm.
INTERNAL MOUTH DIAMETER: 31.1 ± 0.8 mm.
