Looking for a CMO for a PEG-based polymer excipient in the United States [ENA04730]
A specialty pharmaceutical firm, based in the United States, focused on the development of next-generation proprietary formulations of sterile injectable drugs is looking for a CMO to produce a PEG-based polymer excipient. The process involves two reactions that get executed quickly (under 2h) and need cold temperatures (0-5 degree C). The process has already been commercialized on a 10kg scale. The volume requirement is 30-40 kg in the next few months, 1,000-2,000 kg in 2020 and 1,000-2,000 kg monthly from 2021. cGMP Compliance and cost competitiveness are critical.
